En caso de que un dueño desee vender, transferir o rentar su unidad, antes de aceptar la oferta debe de entregar la solicitud por escrito a la directiva de la Asociación junto con cualquier otra información que sea requerida para su aprobación y un giro postal de $100.00 para su transferencia.
Todos los años si los inquilinos continúan en la unidad tienen que presentar una copia del nuevo contrato de arrendamiento en la oficina de administración.
Ningún arrendamiento de la unidad se puede hacer por menos de un año.
Cuando la unidad es vendida o transferida, sujeta a la aprobación de la Asociación, el nuevo propietario tendrá diez (10) días para entregar a la Asociación el título de propiedad registrada en la corte junto con el estado financiero del cierre.
Si la unidad esta alquilada, su inquilino no podrá alquilar ninguna habitación del apartamento a otra persona. El propietario es responsable por lo que hace su inquilino y la directiva se reserva el derecho de cancelar el contrato de arrendamiento.
