POOL RULES/REGLAS PARA LA PISCINA

  1. The pool area will be closed from 8:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M. and nobody is authorized to remain in the pool past those hours.
  2. ONLY TWO (2) GUESTS ARE ALLOWED PER UNIT. ANYONE COMMITTING ACTS AGAINST MORALITY IS SUBJECT TO CALLING THE POLICE. Extension chairs and tables cannot be removed from the pool area under any pretext.
  3. Anyone using the pool or any recreational area does so at their own risk.
  4. CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT MORE THAN 25 YEARS OLD IN THE POOL AREA.
  5. Every person must shower before entering the pool.
  6. Animals, glassware, food, drinks, bicycles, tricycles, skates, rafts, floats, Frisbees, beach balls in the pool area are not allowed.
  7. Proper attire is a bathing suit ONLY. Not clothes allowed.
  8. It is not allowed to run, jump, dive or other games in the pool area.
  9. Swimwear will not be allowed to walk in the common areas except the pool.
  10. No radios, recorders, turntables or any other type of music equipment can be used in the pool area by any resident, owner or visitor.

No person may bathe in the pool if it is raining or if the weather conditions are not appropriate to perform such activity in a safe manner.

  1. El área de la piscina será cerrada desde la 8:00 PM. hasta las 8:00 AM y nadie está autorizado a permanecer en ella durante esas horas.
  2. SOLAMENTE SE PERMITEN DOS (2) INVITADOS POR UNIDAD. CUALQUIER PERSONA COMETIENDO ACTOS CONTRA LA MORAL ESTA SUJETA A QUE SE LLAME A LA POLICIA. Las sillas de extensión y mesas no pueden ser sacadas del área de la piscina bajo ningún pretexto.
  3. Cualquier persona usando la piscina o cualquier área de recreo lo hace bajo su propio riesgo.
  4. NIÑOS MENORES DE 16 AÑOS DEBERÁN SER ACOMPAÑADOS POR UN ADULTO MAYOR DE 25 AÑOS EN EL ÁREA DE LA PISCINA.
  5. Todas las personas deberán ducharse antes de entrar a la piscina.
  6. No se permiten animales, objetos de cristal, comidas, bebidas, bicicletas, triciclos, patines, balsas, flotadores, frisbees, pelotas de playa en el área de la piscina.
  7. Deberá bañarse con traje de baño. No en ropa.
  8. No es permitido correr, brincar, tirarse u otros juegos en el área de la piscina.
  9. No se permitirá caminar en traje de baño por las áreas comunes excepto la piscina.
  10. No radios, grabadoras, tocadiscos o cualquier otro tipo de equipo de música pueden ser utilizados en el área de la piscina por ningún residente, propietario o visitante.

Ninguna persona podrá bañarse en la piscina si está lloviendo o si las condiciones del tiempo no sean apropiadas para realizar dicha actividad de una manera segura.
