  1. No resident may keep a home animal on the property of the condominium without the prior written consent of the Association and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
  2. In the event that a resident is allowed a pet in the unit, said resident, in addition to the rules and regulations that are adopted by the Association, will be subject to the following restrictions:
  • The animal will not be allowed outside the unit unless it is in the custody of the owner and tied with a strap that does not exceed four (4) feet in length or loaded.
  • The animal must be taken off the building site to any area that is designated by the Association to meet its needs.
  • The owner of the unit will be responsible for any damage caused by his animal to the building, ground, floor, walls, slabs, carpets, stairs, etc. and the owner agrees to pay all costs resulting in repairs of any damage done to the property of the condominium.
  • The owner of the unit is financially responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused to another unit owner, occupant, and guest, employee of the Association or to any public member, caused by the animal.
  • At the resident’s expense if necessary disposal of the pet is necessary in the event the pet makes noise, barks or damages the building or there are reasonable complaints from other residents.
  • No animal can be maintained by any resident in any part of the condominium that constitutes a nuisance or interferes with the tranquility of the residents of the community. Such as, terrace, patios and balconies.

If your unit is on the second floor it is not allowed to bathe the dog on the terrace.


Ningún residente puede mantener un animal casero en la propiedad del condominio sin el previo consentimiento por escrito de la Asociación y de acuerdo a las Reglas y Regulaciones.
En el caso de que a un residente le sea permitido un animal doméstico en su unidad, dicho residente, en adición a las reglas y regulaciones que sean adoptadas por la Asociación, estarán sujetos a las restricciones siguientes:

El animal no será permitido fuera de la unidad a no ser que este en la custodia del dueño y amarrado con correa que no exceda cuatro (4) pies de largo o cargado.
El animal deberá ser llevado fuera del terreno del edificio a cualquier área que sea designada por la Asociación para hacer sus necesidades.
El dueño de la unidad será responsable por cualquier daño causado por su animal al edificio, terreno, piso, paredes, losas, alfombras, escaleras, etc. y el dueño acepta pagar todos los costos envueltos en el resto de la reparación de cualquier daño hecho a la propiedad del condominio.
El dueño de la unidad es responsable financieramente por cualquier herida personal o daños a la propiedad causados a otro dueño de unidad, ocupante, invitado, empleado de la Asociación a cualquier miembro público, causado por el animal.
El residente a su costo debe deshacerse del animal si fuera necesario en caso que el mismo haga ruido, ladre o dañen el edificio o haya quejas razonables de los demás residentes.
Ningún animal puede ser mantenido por ningún residente en ninguna parte del condominio que constituya una molestia o interfiera con la tranquilidad de los residentes de la comunidad. Tal como, terraza, patios y balcones.

Si su unidad es en el segundo piso no es permitido bañar al perro en la terraza.
