All residents must observe the rules and regulations concerning the use of recreational facilities.

1. In the recreational area you should throw the garbage in the trash receptacles, as well as leave the area always clean.
2. Guests must always be accompanied by an adult owner or resident when using recreational areas.

The owners of the units are responsible for any damage caused to the recreational areas by them, their family, guests, servants, tenants and people who are in the place under the responsibility of the owner or resident of the unit.

Todo residente debe de observar las reglas y regulaciones concernientes al uso de las facilidades recreativas.

1. En el área recreativa se debe de botar la basura en los recipientes de basura, así como se debe de dejar el área siempre limpia.
2. Los invitados deben ser siempre acompañados por un dueño o residente adulto cuando usen las áreas recreativas.

Los dueños de las unidades son responsables de cualquier daño causado a las áreas recreativas por ellos, su familia, invitados, sirvientes, inquilinos y personas que estén en el lugar bajo la responsabilidad del dueño de la unidad.
